Product Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
However, if you receive a defective product, you may request a return under the following terms:
1. Return Procedure
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is defective or malfunctioning.
Please contact us in advance via the contact form, by email, or by phone at +30 25510 80464 before sending the product back.
All returns are accepted only after prior communication and inspection of the product by our technical department to confirm the defect.
2. Product Warranty
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
In case of malfunction or defect, we commit to either:
Replace the product entirely, or
Repair / replace the faulty component, if feasible.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects, provided that the product has been used properly and not damaged by external factors.
3. Refund Policy
The company does not issue monetary refunds for completed purchases.
In the event of a confirmed defective return, you may choose another product of equal or higher value to cover the price difference.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
It must include the purchase receipt or invoice
Prior communication and return approval from our store is required
