All NeonFox products include a 2-year warranty from the date of dispatch.

Refunds are not available.
Confirmed defective items will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
6. Distance Sales & Right of Withdrawal
Payments are processed securely via Viva Wallet with SSL encryption.
Your card details are not stored by NeonFox.
In accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
